At an early age, Cesar pursued a professional career in music production/performance. While working in the music industry, not only did he witness the overuse of drugs and alcohol, but he saw the lack of mental health advocacy for those struggling with addictive and dangerous behaviors. With a love of music came a newfound love for helping others. His prior operational experience has taught him the value of time management, organizational skills, and communication skills, all of which have proved to be useful in assisting Seeking Integrity’s clients. In his time with Seeking Integrity, Cesar has developed a strong desire to support all clients in their daily needs while leading with empathy.
